No type of commercial activity can be carried out in the reserved house. Likewise, it is prohibited to hold parties, celebrations, meetings, courses, workshops, etc. and any immoral, annoying, unhealthy activity prohibited by law.

Failure to comply with any of these prohibitions will entail a penalty that will amount to €3,000, plus cleaning costs, repairs to damages, replacement of missing or stolen items, as well as reporting to the police or guardia civil. The renter must assume said responsibility sanctions plus those that may arise from the complaint.
