Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a non-refundable penalty of €40.

those listed in the reservation (including visitors)
6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until
11:00)
7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors.
8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras.
9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool
nor beach)
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
