There is a refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 per apartment, which will be charged to your credit card and refunded at the end of the stay if the apartments are not damaged. Please note that if the deposit is made in cash instead of by credit card, the amount of the deposit will be EUR 500. This will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 days and a EUR 50 fee will be applied.
